Alchemy is not just an ancient science—it represents the transformation of the soul, mirroring the journey of personal growth and self-discovery. In this retreat, we’ll blend the wisdom of alchemy with yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, using these practices as tools for spiritual transmutation.
Through mindful movement, meditation, and philosophical teachings, we’ll delve into ancient teachings that explore the nature of existence and the interconnectedness of all life. By studying these mystical concepts, we’ll aim to foster a deeper understanding of the divine mysteries, encouraging self-reflection and inner growth on the path toward higher knowledge.
Alchemy emphasizes the reconciliation and integration of opposites: the spiritual and material, the conscious and unconscious.
